Our Cleaning Services

A clear breakdown of what each service includes, when it is appropriate, and what you can realistically expect.

Residential cleaning service

Residential Cleaning

Our residential cleaning service is designed for people who want their home maintained to a consistent standard on a regular basis. Whether you want someone to come in weekly, fortnightly, or monthly, we work to a checklist agreed with you at the outset and adapt it as your needs change.

This is not a deep clean — it is a thorough, reliable maintenance clean. It keeps the property tidy and hygienic without disrupting your daily routine. Most sessions for a two-bedroom flat take between two and three hours.

What is typically included

  • Dusting surfaces, shelves and skirting boards
  • Vacuuming carpets and rugs throughout
  • Mopping hard floors
  • Kitchen surfaces, hob and sink
  • Bathroom and toilet cleaning
  • Emptying bins
  • Wiping down light switches and handles
  • Tidying cushions and surface items

When it is suitable: Regular domestic upkeep for a flat, house or studio. Works well for busy professionals, families with young children, and anyone who finds consistent home maintenance difficult to keep on top of.

What to expect

We will confirm the scope of work before the first visit. Prices vary based on property size and frequency. Recurring bookings receive a discounted rate compared to one-off sessions. We do not charge extra for supplies — all products and equipment are included.

Office cleaning service

Office Cleaning

We work with small businesses, studios and office spaces across London. Our commercial cleaning service is arranged around your working hours — early morning before staff arrive, evenings, or weekends. We keep our presence unobtrusive and work efficiently.

Most office bookings are weekly or twice-weekly. We discuss frequency and access arrangements upfront, and are happy to work with building management on timing if needed.

What is typically included

  • Desk and surface wiping
  • Floor vacuuming or mopping
  • Kitchen and breakout area cleaning
  • Toilet and bathroom sanitisation
  • Bin emptying and waste removal
  • Reception and communal area tidying
  • Restocking paper goods (if supplied)
  • Glass partitions and door handles

When it is suitable: Small-to-medium offices, co-working spaces, retail back offices, and studios. We are set up for spaces up to around 3,000 sq ft; larger sites may require a separate discussion.

We produce a simple report each visit noting anything flagged (e.g. a blocked drain, broken fixture) so you are kept informed. Billing is monthly and itemised clearly.

Deep cleaning service

Deep Cleaning

A deep clean is a more thorough, intensive version of a standard clean. It is appropriate when a property has not been cleaned professionally for a while, after renovation or construction work, following a large gathering, or simply as a reset before starting a regular schedule.

Deep cleans take significantly longer than a standard visit — typically half a day to a full day depending on property size and condition. We work through the property methodically, including areas that are generally skipped in a maintenance clean.

What is typically included

  • Everything in a standard clean, plus:
  • Inside oven and hob burner cleaning
  • Inside fridge and freezer
  • Inside kitchen cupboards
  • Limescale removal from taps and fixtures
  • Grout and tile scrubbing
  • Behind and underneath appliances
  • Internal windows and window sills
  • Light fittings and extractor fans
  • Skirting boards and door frames

Realistic expectations: A deep clean significantly improves conditions but it is not a restoration service. Long-standing stains, deteriorated grout, or heavily worn surfaces may not fully return to original condition. We will flag this before we start if we anticipate limitations.

End of tenancy cleaning service

End of Tenancy Cleaning

End of tenancy cleaning is aimed at returning a rented property to the standard described in a typical inventory check-out. It is a thorough, full-property clean carried out when a tenant is vacating — usually between the final day of occupation and the landlord or agent's inspection.

We are familiar with what letting agents look for during check-outs, and we work to that standard. However, we cannot guarantee the return of a deposit — this depends on many factors beyond cleaning alone, including property condition, inventory disputes and landlord discretion.

What is typically included

  • Full clean of all rooms
  • Oven, hob and extractor hood
  • Fridge, freezer and dishwasher
  • All kitchen cupboards inside and out
  • Bathroom and en-suite deep clean
  • Carpet vacuuming throughout
  • Internal windows
  • Skirting boards, door frames, switches
  • Wardrobes and drawers inside
  • Descaling of taps and shower heads

Timing: We recommend booking the clean as close to the check-out date as possible — ideally the day before or on the morning of the inspection. Please ensure the property is empty of all belongings before the team arrives.
