A few things clients regularly ask before booking.

Not necessarily. Many clients leave a key or provide access via a lockbox. We are happy to discuss the arrangement that works best for you. For a first visit, some clients prefer to be present, which is perfectly fine.
Yes, we bring all necessary products and equipment. If you have specific preferences — for example, eco-friendly or fragrance-free products — let us know in advance and we will accommodate this where possible.
We ask for at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Please see our Refund Policy for details on deposits and rescheduling arrangements.
We do not currently offer external window cleaning, biohazard or clinical waste removal, or high-level exterior work. For most interior domestic and commercial cleaning tasks, we are well equipped. If you are unsure, just ask.
Yes. We carry public liability insurance. Details are available on request. All team members are vetted before they start working with us.
We try to allocate the same cleaner or team for regular bookings where possible. This helps us maintain familiarity with your property. Occasional changes may occur due to availability.
