When requesting our services, you must provide accurate information about the property, its condition, and any access requirements. If the actual scope of work differs materially from what was described at the time of booking, we may need to revise the agreed price or duration. We will communicate any changes before proceeding where possible.

3.3 Access to Property

You are responsible for ensuring that our team has safe and appropriate access to the property at the agreed time. If our team cannot access the property due to circumstances within your control, a cancellation or wasted-visit fee may apply.

3.4 Service Standards

We carry out all cleaning work to a professional standard using suitable equipment and products. We do not make guarantees about specific outcomes, as results can vary depending on property condition, materials, and the type of service requested. We will inform you if we believe a particular result cannot be achieved.

3.5 Exclusions

Unless specifically agreed in advance, our standard services do not include: external window cleaning above ground floor level, biohazard or clinical waste removal, mould remediation, heavy building debris, or services requiring specialist licensing.

4. Pricing and Payment

4.1 Quotes

Prices quoted via our website estimator or in initial correspondence are indicative only. A confirmed price will be provided once we have assessed the scope of work. Prices are subject to change if the scope or conditions differ from what was originally described.

4.2 Payment Terms

Payment terms will be agreed at the time of booking confirmation. For one-off services, payment is typically due on or before the day of the clean. For regular services, we will agree a billing schedule with you in advance.

4.3 Late Payment

We reserve the right to charge interest on overdue invoices in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998 where applicable.

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

We understand that plans change. We ask that you give us as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule a booking:

• More than 48 hours' notice: No charge in most cases
• 24–48 hours' notice: A partial fee may apply, as agreed at time of booking
• Less than 24 hours' notice or no-show: A cancellation fee may be charged to cover staff costs

• Damage caused by faulty or deteriorated materials (e.g. aged grout, fragile fixtures)

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service to which the claim relates.
